The privacy statement below discloses the Privacy Policy for Maldonado Vineyards LLC (MV): MV makes every effort to provide the User (you) with a safe and private environment.

MV collects two types of information:
a. Personal Information

When a customer signs-up for, or inquires about, any MV products, you may be asked to provide personal information. This information is to fulfill customer requests only and will not be released or sold to third party vendors. We do, however, provide basic customer information to fulfill product orders.

b. Aggregate Data

Customer habits are tracked as aggregate information and not as an individual. This data allows MV to better serve our customers by improving our sites usage. For example, we can determine which products or services are used most often based on page visits and or product purchase.

MV will never disclose any personal information that identifies a customer or individual to a third party without your consent unless disclosure is legally required or to protect our rights.
