Tasting Notes
This very small and special barrel select Chardonnay was reserved for its delicate and distinctive qualities. Aromatics of Lemon Verbena, lemongrass, and floral notes evolving into hints of marzipan and cashew. A delicate and balanced entrance of crisp nectarine, white peach, fig and candied lemon peel. Elegantly refined flavors linger and tantalize the palate with a subtle creaminess, hints of barrel spice and lasting finish.
